Live Paws, Tenerife

Overland Pet Freight Ltd is pleased to be working in partnership with Live Paws, Tenerife.  Live Paws, based in the south of Tenerife is a refuge for dogs.  A well-established non-profit organisation, run by volunteers from donations and sponsorships since 2011, then named Live Arico and renamed Live Paws in 2019.   Their work has many facets, including rescue, recovery, and homing many unwanted or abandoned animals. Their mantra is 'our animals always come first' and they have numerous success stories.  Live Paws also help animals where possible outside of their organisation, working relentlessly to raise money from the sale of donations in their two shops. Unlike the UK, there is no government funding in Tenerife. Working with other associations at home and abroad, and with Overland Pet Freight transporting across Europe to provide the very best life possible for their dogs.
