
Overland Pet Freight Limited Terms & Conditions
By booking your pet's travel with Overland Pet Freight Ltd, you acknowledge and agree to our Terms & Conditions by signing and dating this document.

As the owner, you are responsible for supplying all appropriate/correct documentation, including pet passport, health certificate, vaccinations and other immigration documentation. Any costs, delays, fines, or refusal of entry arising from incorrect, incomplete, or invalid documentation shall be the responsibility of the owner.

You will be asked to complete an Authorisation to Travel and a Wellness Questionnaire for your pet(s) when confirming your booking and prior to travelling. You are responsible for ensuring all documentation is completed correctly. Failure to disclose information, may prevent your pet(s) from travelling.

Payment Terms:
(a) A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your pet’s travel. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to leaving the UK.
(b) Cancellation within 10 days of departure will result in the loss of deposit and may incur additional charges.
(c) Cancellation on the day of travel, or whilst in transit will incur a 50% charge of the total amount invoiced.
(d) Bookings made within 10 days of travel will require payment in full, which will also includes the deposit.
(e) If payment is not received in time, we have the right to cancel your booking.

Overland Pet Freight Ltd will ensure your pet has a comfortable journey. We will try to keep to schedule. However, we may need to adjust our route slightly due to traffic, weather, ferries and mechanical issues or other circumstances beyond our control. We shall not be responsible for delays arising from such circumstances.

If your travel date needs to be rescheduled or your pet(s) is unable or unfit to travel on the agreed date, we will transfer your deposit (excluding veterinary and licensing fees) to an alternative date that is mutually convenient. The cost of your new pet travel arrangements will be based on the pricing applicable at the time the change is made. Please note that no price reduction will be offered, even if the cost of the new travel arrangements is lower than your original booking.

In the event of an emergency, you will be notified immediately, and your pet(s) will be taken to the nearest vet if required. All vet fees will be the responsibility of the owner. If the owner cannot be contacted, Overland Pet Freight Ltd is authorised to seek emergency treatment in the best interests of the pet.

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, Overland Pet Freight Ltd has the right to cancel your pet travel, you will be offered an alternative travel date.

Overland Pet Freight Ltd will ensure your information is not shared in accordance with general data protection regulations.
