I recently rescued a cat from Tenerife who was in need of help and after 2 months in foster care and needing vetinary treatment, it was essential that she had a good journey to Norfolk, England. Dave provided myself and the other animal parents with excellent updates, photos and reassurance the whole journey. Trusting any transport service for our Sammy was always going to be stressful, but Dave and Donna have been the ultimate professionals. They guided us through all the paperwork and tirelessly answered multiple questions. On the pick-up day,
Dave put me at ease, and Sammy loved him straight away. En route, we had a fabulous WhatsApp group that was set up to
make sure we could see Sammy and his new walking pal Cooper, go through every part of their journey.
Now Sammy is a diva, so when he wouldn't eat, Dave hand-fed him. On arrival, my husband met Dave at an agreed drop-off point,
and once again the handover was perfect. Even though Sammy tried to travel in the footwell of the driver's side, well the type of car had changed.
Inevitably he was "dog tired" when he got to Tenerife, which is natural for a 4-day journey, but he has bounced back with regular smaller meals and the odd new toy.
Thank you so much for your attention to detail and the care that you take with our precious cargos.

When we talked to Mark at Live Paws, Tenerife, about bringing our precious Rex home to England, he couldn't recommend Dave and Donna, at Overland Pet Transport, highly enough. They did not disappoint!
Firstly Donna and Dave visited Rex in the refuge to spend time getting to know him, gaining his trust, brushing him, etc. Then they collected him on time and ensured he had regular, frequent, toilet breaks as well as feeding and getting to know him better. They did this with all the dogs on this particular trip in May.
When they handed Rex over to us in England, as well as all the paperwork they'd arranged plus all the luggage Live Paws had caringly sent with him, they gave us some advice on what he liked (Shapes particularly!) . They had obviously taken more time to put him at his ease.
If you're looking for a safe and caring "pair of hands" to bring your pet over land then Dave and Donna are your "man". If we ever had to do it again we wouldn't dream of choosing anyone else. Thank you both from,

My two dogs were transported by Dave and his lovely wife from the UK to Tenerife. Dave was in constant communication with me, handling all the necessary paperwork for the dogs seamlessly. He was incredibly punctual. Instead of putting the dogs in boarding kennels. Dave opened up his own home to them - literally sharing his space with my dogs.
Throughout the 5-day journey, Dave provided daily updates with photos and short videos of my dogs. I couldn't have asked for better people to accompany my two furry friends on this long trip. I can confidently say that Dave and his wife truly love animals and treat them exceptionally well.

Dave recently brought Teddy to Jersey from Tenerife - I just wanted to confirm that Teddy was so well looked after and if Dave had not gone the “extra mile”, I doubt if I would be walking Teddy on the beaches of Jersey. Exceptional Service
We found out about Dave through recommendations on a local Spanish Facebook page. I was worried initially about sending my doggies with strangers but wow that was short lived. From the care he took with the documentation to the minute he walked into our house I knew he was a very genuine guy and definitely a dog lover. They stayed with Dave and his family overnight before travelling and I honestly thought they won’t want to come back to us. They treated them as if they were their own and the dogs looked so happy with no stress. I had regular photos and videos and all through the dogs looked well cared for and arrived in great shape. I can’t thank Dave enough for the care and kindness he showed to them. Along with a great price I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him shall use him again. Thank you Dave and Donna for all you did.

I really can't recommend Dave at Overland Pet Transport enough!!! From Malaga, Spain to Manchester, UK in 1 and a half days. My dog is a rescue and he is very nervous around new people... Lucas and Dave were best buddies by the time he dropped him off, which is unheard of for Lucas. Absolutely over the moon with the service.. THANK YOU!!!!

We would like to say a huge thank you to Dave Moore of Overland Pet Freight.
He totally put our minds at rest when meeting our pack of 5 dogs, before taking them on a very long trip from their home in the UK, via France, Switzerland, Italy and Sicily, then onto Malta to meet us for the start of their new adventure.
He sent us constant video updates along their 3 day journey which we shared with all our friends, who were just as excited to get the updates as we were. As soon as he met the pack, they wanted to jump all over him, and we all know dogs are great judges of character! The dogs arrived happy, excited and very pleased to see us!
When we return back to the UK we will definitely use Dave’s services again! Not only did he provide a great service and look after
our dogs, they adopted him and he became one of the family. We're sure they'll enjoy their next trip with him.
